What this policy covers
This policy describes the Future Mortals website and its project enquiry flow. It explains how information is handled when you contact us through the website. Client projects may have separate privacy terms agreed for their scope.
Information you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, optional mobile number, selected service and project brief. Your company name is optional. We use these details to understand your requirements and respond to you.
Please avoid including passwords, payment details, identity documents or information about other people that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
How enquiries work
When the button says “Prepare Project Enquiry”, the website prepares a draft in your email app. The enquiry is not sent until you send that email. The copy-brief option uses your device’s clipboard when you select it.
When direct submission is available, the form sends your details (including mobile number if added) to the website’s enquiry endpoint and onward to our company mailbox. Hostinger provides the company email service. The website does not create a customer account or save form drafts in browser storage.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is also handled through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to discuss your project, clarify the scope, prepare relevant proposals and keep track of the resulting business conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Basic technical information, such as an IP address and request time, may be processed by the hosting and email services to operate the site and prevent abuse. When direct delivery is enabled, the enquiry endpoint stores keyed hashes of enquiry details and network identifiers, short-lived request counters, a reference number and submission status to limit abuse and duplicate submissions. It does not store the enquiry text in this protection database. Duplicate-protection records expire after 24 hours and rate counters after their 15-minute or one-hour window; expired records are removed during subsequent submissions. The email itself remains in the company mailbox.
Providers and sharing
Our website hosting and email providers process requests and messages so the website can operate and we can respond to enquiries. WhatsApp processes conversations started through the WhatsApp contact option. Access to enquiry details is limited to the people and service providers involved in responding to the request. We do not sell enquiry details or provide them to advertising platforms through this form.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the business conversation, any resulting project and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Duplicate-protection records follow the shorter periods described above.
You can contact contact@futuremortals.com to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further enquiry follow-up. We may need to verify your request and explain any information that must be retained under applicable obligations.
Updates to this policy
The date above identifies this version. Material changes to the way enquiry information is handled should be reflected here before the new processing begins.
